Important dates

Abstract submission until 31 July 2025
Notification of acceptance until 15 August 2025
Submission of presentations until 30 September 2025
Submission of papers for the Book of Abstracts – until 30 November 2025 *Authors who wish to publish their paper in a journal are responsible for identifying and contacting the publisher independently.


The presentations should focus on one of the thematic sessions:
A. EU Taxonomy
B. DNSH
C. ESG reporting
D. Environmental Impact Assessment
E. Nature impact assessment
F. Social impact assessment

The oral presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes (with additional 5 minutes for questions).
Poster presentations will be scheduled for a 1-2h session.
Presenting your work at the symposium requires at least one co-author to register and pay the Registration fee.
The abstracts will be published in the printed and electronic (web) Book of Abstracts.

Instructions to submit your abstract

Language: abstract may be written in English or author's native language (Latin characters) but with a complete translation to English
Contents: The abstract should clearly summarize your topic’s objective, key findings, and a concise conclusion.
Keywords: Include up to 5 relevant keywords separated by commas.
Length: The abstract is limited to 1500 characters, including spaces.
Presentation type:Please indicate if you prefer oral presentation or poster
Format: .doc/x
Document title: Preferred theme letter (see above theme tag letters A-F) and surname of first author: e.g. C_Mikulic.docx
