Important dates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Abstract submission until<\/strong> 31 July 2025<\/strong>
Notification of acceptance until<\/strong> 15 August 2025<\/strong>
Submission of presentations until 30 September 2025<\/strong>
Submission of papers for the Book of Abstracts \u2013 until 30 November 2025<\/strong> *Authors who wish to publish their paper in a journal are responsible for identifying and contacting the publisher independently.<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The presentations should focus on one of the thematic sessions:<\/strong>
A.\tEU Taxonomy
B.\tDNSH
C.\tESG reporting
D.\tEnvironmental Impact Assessment
E.\tNature impact assessment
F.\tSocial impact assessment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The oral presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes (with additional 5 minutes for questions).
Poster presentations will be scheduled for a 1-2h session.
Presenting your work at the symposium requires at least one co-author to register and pay the Registration fee.
The abstracts will be published in the printed and electronic (web) Book of Abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions to submit your abstract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Language:<\/strong> abstract may be written in English or author's native language (Latin characters) but with a complete translation to English
Contents: <\/strong>The abstract should clearly summarize your topic\u2019s objective, key findings, and a concise conclusion.
Keywords:<\/strong> Include up to 5 relevant keywords separated by commas.
Length:<\/strong> The abstract is limited to 1500 characters, including spaces.
Presentation type:<\/strong>Please indicate if you prefer oral presentation or poster
Format: <\/strong>.doc\/x
Document title: <\/strong>Preferred theme letter (see above theme tag letters A-F) and surname of first author: e.g. C_Mikulic.docx
